Help to identify tunnel accesory rails

I recently purchased a 2016 SR VIPER MTX and has these rails attached. Searching the internet, I cannot find anything like these. Anyone know of the manufacturer or know of any accessories that would be compatible with the rails?

Some better photos would have been handy, its a type of quick release tracking. Seen them in all kinda of different applications... looks like even the Cyber truck uses it.

The tie down mounts for inside trailer from Caliber look similar to those.
