I drained the fuel on my new Vector this fall and even drained the float bowls so I wouldn't have fuel sitting in it for 4 months.

I just put 3 gallons of fresh fuel in and now it won't start!

Any ideas?

Flip the choke on and start cranking. Just did it to mine last night. total time cranking was over 1 1/2 -2 minutes, Granted I only did it for about 15 secs each time. It will start. I even had to put the battery charger on.

Ok, it finally started!

I damn near drained the battery trying to get it to fire. Man, you really have to turn those engines over a lot to reprime the fuel system!

Damn, I was worried for a minute - leaving tomorrow for a trip!

It takes a lot to get the fuel to the carbs, the fastest way is to blow in to the tank vent hose with the choke on while cranking it over. The vent tube runs across the frame and will end up by the secondary clutch. Good Luck
