I think it was you that posted pics of your Intense track installed.
I picked mine up from the dealer on Saturday... he removed the front exchanger protector, but left the top ones. There is only about 1/8th of an inch clearance from the track to the tunnel protectors.
I looked through your posts, but couldn't find those pics. (maybe it wasn't you).
I have a feeling I am going to have to notch the track.

This is the best one I have. Not real clear but maybe you can see it. Basically I just cut off any of the little nubs that were rubbing the protectors. I notched mine in order to clear the front protectors which I left in place. Yours are gone. The uppers didn't look like a big problem to me but they were very close, probably had the 1/8 inch or less that you are talking about.
My opinion is if you have 1/8 inch of clearance and it's not actively rubbing as you look at it, it will be just fine as-is. Even if you notch it out, the track will balloon at speeds and be bumping the exhuast/tunnel protectors all the time anyway. Those things get bumped by the track all the time and people just don't realize it....doesn't hurt a thing. Just a thought. Good luck! I hope we enjoy our new tracks...
