Has anyone used the HI Tech Prmary 911 Clutch cap and ER Roller together.
I was talking with Hi Tech yesterday and he told me that his set up on an RX is this.
Primary- 911 clutch cap, John Deere spring, weights, HH about 50 grams
Secondary- Hi Tech ER roller, 46 helix, Artic Cat yellow spring.
Says enganges at 3200 rpm and is a great set up.

i use the 911 cap with adjustable belt clearance
its a great piece-engagement is silky smooth and the cover is a nice piece of machined aluminum not the crap piece of cast the factory uses

That one of the things I want to fix on my primary is the hard engangement. There is too much side belt clearence on the RX which give the sled every chance to spin out when taking off. Engagement should be smooth. The 911 cover and belt adjuster is one thing I hope to get next season.
