TY 4 Stroke God
Lay sled on side, pull screws, pull front of fax out through window and pull towards back of sled peeling them off. Oil new fax, pound on with wooden hammer, install screw.

You can always pry them off the rails vs. sliding them all the way out the back window. Remove screw and start prying in the front. Once you get started they fall right off.

mine slid right down the rails. then wd-40 the entire lenght and slidum on. thirty minute job tops!

Is there any issues with laying the RX's on there side with it being a 4 stroke? :?

The engine will flood, but no big deal. After righting the sled, start it by holding the throttle wide open and choke off. It will start right up. I have done this several times, most recently in a dealer's shop.

You've never ridden down the trail with one ski in the air? My sled rides like this more than it does with two skis on the ground.

I did not even attempt to pull them thru the windows given how wide they were. Remember, the 05s have the "wide" hyfax

OOOPPPPPSSSSS........ Forgot about the '05 sleds. Haven't seen how wide the faxes are.
