High tack spray-A-gasket sealant

Is this a good sealant for head gaskets?It is permatex N 99GA it does not say for high heat.The red is leaking down on the outside of the motor .I wonder if that is the cause of my low comp on all four pistons?THANKS

I used hylomar sealer, so far this year is good.

you shouldn,t need any for the oem yamaha gaskets, hd head studs should take care of the problem,I have ran 25 lbs with mine no problems. (aperaceparts.com ha them about $80.

I used it over after I want back to one head gasket.

if you have anymore problems I would replace with new one that way you don,t have to question it.,, if you haven,t done the hd head studs i would the next time you have it down.

I used that stuff on mine last year with no problems. I have used it for years and never had a problem, seems like you always get that red stain around the joint, comes off with a rag and some brake clean. Doubt very much if that is your low comp problem.
