hollowed out exhaust problem

i hollowed out the exhaust and welded it back together but was wondering if its normal for it to shoot out a little flame or is it just burning out some the the left over packing

no back preasure is my guess, might of took to much out

geez...I want that effect...if I knew it would do that I would have done the same mod..
I could put a little grille back there with some hotdogs and burgers!

its because the part of the muffler you cut out is also a spark arrestor that keeps that flame from coming out. not a big deal imho

My Attak will do this after long runs. I believe it's due to the airleaks in my exhaust caused by leaky exhaust donuts.
