I think that when you put the Holz side by side with an M7 skid you will see that they are very similar as far as the geometry goes. The vibration that seems to be present on the M7 skid is a by-product of 2 things IMO. First when you use a 153 skid for a 162 track you have a pretty big pullback which reults in the track flapping between the drivers and the rail tips. Even with the antistab kit you'll still get movement up and down. The second thing is that the 3.0 tracks seem to just plain vibrate more than the 2.52 tracks. My Rx1 has a 162 M7 skid with a 162 3.0 Maverick and I have a small vibration in mine but not too bad. I'm using 8 tooth 3.0 drivers cause I have a drop and roll and I've got the clearance, the 7 tooth 3.0 drivers vibrate worse for sure, it's just got something to do with physics and sine waves etc. My buddy has a 159 2.52 Doo track on his Rx using a 153 M7 skid and he has no vibration. I wouldn't be scared of the M7 skid over the Holz and you can pick up a titanium version for about 1/2 of the Holz sale price which will be as light as the Holz. If you are worried about vibration you might want to stick with a 2.52 track and 8 tooth drivers over any 3.0 combo.
