I got lucky this summer.

I was at a shaker of a Ukrainian wedding this summer :drink: and found a 06 wrote off attack for 1200, It turned out to be vary usable. So I am putting together a rearmount for it because the back end was smashed. Mostly using parts I had laying around the shop.

Here are some pics of the intercooler. After building this I defiantly can justify the 1200 dollar price of a new prebuilt one, It took some time to put together.

Thanks for selling me the core dave I do not know how you pump these things out.

Wow great work Boyko

Did you pressure test for leaks? Was it TIG welded? Looks nice, I have often thought about getting a core from bell intercoolers and fabbing up a system.

Where did you get those venturis for the inlets to the engine? They are purrty!

Thanks for the postive feedback.

It is tigged together and I have not pressure tested it, I made the v-stacks by turning a hunk of pipe in a lathe and then flairing the end.
