I was at a shaker of a Ukrainian wedding this summer
and found a 06 wrote off attack for 1200, It turned out to be vary usable. So I am putting together a rearmount for it because the back end was smashed. Mostly using parts I had laying around the shop.
Here are some pics of the intercooler. After building this I defiantly can justify the 1200 dollar price of a new prebuilt one, It took some time to put together.

Did you pressure test for leaks? Was it TIG welded? Looks nice, I have often thought about getting a core from bell intercoolers and fabbing up a system.
Where did you get those venturis for the inlets to the engine? They are purrty!
