Well, now that summer is here and I have some extra time. There have been a few posts on this topic, but I was looking for more details. I know that some of you have made your own anti-bottoming wheels. I was wondering if you could please provide me with the following info:
1. What size did you make the spacers? What was the O.D. and the width? What did you make them from?
2. Did you make the spacers so that they could spin free, or are they bolted solid to the rails on the skid? It is my understanding that the spacers bolt to the skid behind the torsion springs... is this correct?

u are better off getting the shocks revalved to a progressive valve stack. i made my own anti bottoming kit and it worked OK but not perfect. valving made a 10 times better imporvement over the rollers. making ur self is one thing but to buy them i would recomend sending the money on a revalve which is way more woth the money.

Unfortunately, I bought the base model Phizzer and the shocks are not servicable.

oh i see. well they are 1 1/2 round by 1 1/2 wide. then find a pice of pipe thats about 10 mm or 3/8ths inner diamiter. then take it and cut 2 pices 1 9/16ths long so when the bolts tighthen the roller can still move freely. then drill a hole in the center the same diamiter as the pipes OD. i made mine 1 3/4 round, figured it would grab the spring sooner. it ended up making the spring rub on the top side of the spring slides. then ust bolt it all together in the last hole in the rail behind the idler wheels. there will be 3 of them. the further tords the back u are the stiffer itll make the spring. remeber to use a big washer on the out side and make sure to us flange nut or a waher and nut on the inside
