How can I tell which clip the rear shock is in?

how many miles you guys have when your revalving? i dont real think my 06' needs it at less then 700 miles?

I bought my sled used with 2633 kms. It came with the Big Boy Spring. I sent the shock in with 8100 kms just before Christmas. There is no comparison even from when I bought the sled to having the shock revalved. From what I understand the shock comes calibrated for 180 lb person...I am 220 lbs. So driver weight is a big factor. ShockTec also said the oil was black and needed the rebuild. As mentioned, if you look like superman going over bumps, you would love the revalve.
