I know these Nytros are supposed to rev out at 9100 but for some reason mine wont. Can see about 9000 then it like to go down to 8900 is there a way to fix this?

You really don't want it to rev that high. It works best clutched at 8,700-8,800, with and 8,000rpm hole shot.

My Nytro would pull 9100+ rpms when new, now that I've got 700 miles on it- I can only get 8800. WTF - I thought they got faster as they broke in? Could my spring be getting weak?

If you guys do anymods It's nearly imposible without a dyno sheet ,without it your just guessing on were the sled makes it's hp :flag:

but based on the stocks sleds that were dyno'd the numbers I posted should work well.

Actually, the stock ones that were hitting over 9000 rpms had more power than the ones at 8800 rpms according to the dyno reports I've seen on here.

just change your clutching.... i have been using a shock wave helix and it allows you to change your rpm with just a twist of a dial it is pritty cool

this sled will go slower if you over rev it. we drag race them and they go there best no higher than 8800.
