i was wondering the same i don't think 2'' will be a problem.

I have a Rox 3-1/2" Pivoting on my Attak. No need for cable extensions but I did re-route the throttle cable under the bar instead of over it. All other cables are pretty much fine.

I mounted the ROX pivoting 4" to 5.5" on top of the ROX mounting bar wich would not fit inside the trim ring so I installed an RX-1 stock mounting block uner that that gained me 1.5", The net affect is with the bars in the lowest position they were 2" higher and 3.5" in the up position. I had to change to a mountain cable when the bars were in the full up position the motor reved when the bars were turne to the left. At the down position it was OK.

nice sled 2blue4u. off topic but how is the paint holding on your side panels. side panels are fairly flexible.

DID YOU USE THE PIVOTING STYLE OR THE ADJUSTABLE STYLE.
I USED THE ADJUSTABLE AND THEY JUST BARELY FIT IN THE CHROME TRIM RING?

Iused the pivot style that are also height adjustable. You have to use the mount with the bar to install it. The mount does not fit in the ring.
