How is the regulator suppose to turn under front storage bag

I see the instructions says the regulator is suppose to be turned out of the way(down) for the front storage bag. It doesnt turn enough for the bag to fit properly(to use all the space) let me know if its working better for anybody else.

I turned it as far as possible up, so it is resting on the flat part of the regulator (protecting the wire coming out the front the most).

I moved the ground wire to the bottom bolt so that does not wear thru the bag

That bag is such a great deal, I paid like $19 for it with my discount

Any issue with the bag sitting on the regulator as the regulator will get warm?

And with the bag covering it, no place for the heat to go.

I'm just curious.

I was told not to move the wire to the lower bolt by dealer. Who told you to do it or did you just do it yourself.

My dealer told me to. I checked with my meter is it almost zero ohms just like the top bolt. Did he tell you why matt?

He gave no reason. Probably didn't want to take time to find out.
