How long did you ride before getting your Nytro?

35 years................ So, I know what I'm talkin' bout.... whipper snappers... I rode the Retro sleds the first time around....

:)

Found a pic on the net of what I started on...my father's 1966 ski-doo Olympique.
Been riding on and off for the last 35 years...first sled I bought was a ZR 440 and had a ZR 900 before I bought the XTX...I agree with everybody the Nytro is NOT a good sled to learn on...my wife tried mine for about 6 feet and has never again asked to ride it.

I had the same thing with my girlfriend .... she had some on the farm "back in the day" ... but even 5 years is a big jump in technology. I bought a solid MM700 and that is pleanty for her right now. And it doesn't hurt so bad for me when she tips it over, rolls it, or lumber-jacks some 2 inch spruces in what I thought was "wide open spaces" .... I was wrong.

..... you must not have been married before ... if you buy her the BIG house, it's only a matter of time before she wants a BIGGER house. Buy her a starter sled and let her out grow it. And if you buy the big one and she decides (after an non positive experience ridding) that she likes the cabin more than the cold ... no big investment gathering dust.

just my 2 cents ..... (and that is all she will let me
have.)
