Michael called me yesterday, he said he had just finished soldering the pilots shut and it won't idle now. He said he only found 1 set of 10 pilots but is still looking. I had just finished changing my mains to 145, and I plugged my pilots with a round tooth pick broke off in the hole. I haven't started it yet to see if it idles, but I bet it won't. I think the 10 jets will be the answere. I got held up on my install because I broke the clamp for the pipe that connects to the ex input on the turbo. I need a 1 3/4 band clamp. All my gauges are installed. Weighted my weights to a total of 58 grams.

spray how much total weight, I do not know the base weight of the arm you are using.
I am using a 4-pro, haven't had the Yamaha clutch on since early jan. last year.
I'm just looking at how much total weight you are using, at what boost level.
thanks

Spray...You're being paged. hello ..... testing....1 2 3
Oh, I just started it, won't idle with jets plugged, doesn't even run at low throttle settings, so don't waste your time if you thought of this.

treewacker, how much weight are you using?
Also the smallest pilot I can find listed in my catalogs is a 15. I'll try sudco & fox monday.

Spray25,
Thanks for your input. Any suggestion helps, so I don't have to make the same mistakes.
Also, back on topic-- I rode with a Bender Stage 2 in the mountains a few times last year (usually following!) and it didn't seem all that much louder than stock; at least it seemed a lot quieter than some of the aftermarket "lightweight" cans out there. I remember having the discussion with some of the guys that if someone wasn't familiar with the RX-1's sound, they might not even know the difference....

My total weight on the *BU00 is 59 right now. I haven't ridden my sled yet with the turbo. Waiting for the band clamp.
