How many bars on the 137 track for studding

closer to the rail is better but NOT 100 percent true! LOOK at dragster tire and what you will see is grows at speed taller and balloon out in the middle? The force of the track at speed will want to push out the middle of the track.

I have gone outside the windows - and had no issues. Thats was 7500 miles on same track and studs. I could see where it might effect cornering some, BUT not noticeable with proper set up and good carbides. I was thinking every other bar outside window?

studding up the middle equals an unbalanced track with a greater propensity for ballooning and therefore a greater propensity for ratcheting...
double studs deflect less but because they are less flexible as a group equals more resistance ...
also..an apex with 150hp and ha much better drivers than the cat procross with what 240? gets... but..

do what you wish...studding across the band (properly equals higher mph and is more efficient) like a balanced tire!

the greatest traction comes along the rail...period..

and Ive never lost a stud and always have studded in the outside band...if its done right ..neither will you!
SJ how was your handling with 192 4 acrossed each bar? Your track looks like a ripsaw 2 looks like your outside track claws are tapered off hard toward the outside,so did those tall studs outside hurt your handling, and what were you able to run for top speed with such tall studs?
