How many of you have adjusted your float bowl height?

I have read a number of different opinions...from 12mm to 17.6mm. I did adjust my float height to 12mm and the sled was horrible starting and coasting down hills. The stock specs show 13mm +-2mm for 03-05 models. I have also been told that a number of people have lowered their float bowls (17.6mm). I would like to know how many of you have done that. Thanks

I think I'm at 15mm.

When I added the turbo my sled would die going down hill and was VERY hard starting if tipped even slightly. I lowered my floats and all was better. I can't remember for sure but I think it was to 17mm.

im great at 14.5 other than starving for air in extreme deep powder

Mine were -12 and it would bog at low rpms on hills. Went to 15mm and it works great.

Set mine to the lowest allowable factory setting , don't remember what it was .

mine were at 12 adjusted to 14.5 and will give it a whirl tomorrow
