I ride my harley with an aerostitch heated vest that drawa 45 watts (3 amps). Is the charging system on the apex enough to handle this with the electric fuel pump, lights etc?

Well depending on what sled you have.....I know this for sure. The 2003 RX-1 only had 40 WATTS left. I got this direct from a Yamaha Canada Rep.

I have an 04 Warrior and I've been using the Gerbings Heated jacket for 3 seasons on it with no trouble. This year I added the pants and the socks and I also have an electric shield. I recently put almost 900 miles on using the Electric jacket, pants and socks with the electric shield. These where especially good when we where riding one night and it was -20.

I still have the original battery, it's always plugged into a Battery maintainer.

Found this in my 07 Service Manual specs...could it be of any help?
