Have changed all the bushings in to oilite and also the once at the stearing.. the halfmoon-shaped once.

Now im wondering if the there is a "how to" adjust all in the front end so it is correct... damn cant find the words "bad english" for short i wanna know if there is anything more to be done in the front end.. i belive that it needs adjusting so it wont be so loose but i resume it cant be tighten to hard, that it needs a freeplay.

Correct me if im wrong.

I just replaced mine. before I could move the whole A-arm assemby in a partial circle. now with the new bushings the lower A-arm is tight and the upper still has some play in it front to back. It's a lot tighter all around. The only way I could see to tighten them up more, would be to add some shims between the A-arm and the bulkhead mounting point. Possibly cutting the collar off the old bushings and using them as the shim. I'm not saying this is correct but, it would take up some of the play.

If you're referring to a camber or caster adjustment, there is none. Those are in a fixed position.

If you're referring to toe-in or toe-out adjustment, that is done with the tierods. 1/4" toe-out is the prefered setting.

There will be some minor movement in the bushings, especially front to back and vice-versa. It should be tight in and out & up and down.

Sorry to sort of hijack.

Is this front to back normal if it will only do it on one side?

The reason I ask is, when I was checking my sled out trying to determine if new bushings were req'd, I could only get the left side(seated) to move forwards and back, not the right side?

Glad I read this as I thought with this forward movement, mine needed replacement.
