How to align clutches on my Nytro?

What is the best way to measure/ align the clutches on the Fx Nytro?
Do I need a special tool, or is there an easier/ cheaper way to do it?

Just installed my secondary after servicing it, and want to be sure they are 100% aligned.

Just a straight edge and a rule, The Service manual has all the specs.
