I know this is an odd topic as most people seem to want louder mufflers... I have a PUSH Turbo and can't stand how loud it is and am actually embarrassed to pull into gas stations! The muffler on this kit is pretty much a straight pipe with a small expansion jacket around the pipe. I am wondering if anyone has experience with making inserts to provide some more sound attenuation? I'm not too worried about creating a little back pressure as I am having trouble with boost levels being too high, so some pressure won't hurt anything. Basically looking for any ideas on design and also the best metal to make the baffles out of...

If you would like I can save you the embarrassment. You can have my stock muffler and I'll take the Turbo. Let me guess ...this is not the answer you wanted.

Haha... it's not THAT embarrassing! I just don't want to be one of the guys pissing landowners off with obnoxiously loud sleds.
