Is it possible to put a gauge on the oil line going to a supercharger to moniter if its gettings oil.
How much pressure does the pump make.
My machine had very little miles on the oil and filter and I had a bearing failure. Scratching my head why this happened.
Is there any other way to make sure this does not happen again.

I always let it idle for 20 or 30 seconds before turning it off to alow cool oil and antifreez to replace the cooking hot oil this will cool the bearings and prevent failure

He has a supercharger which isn't water cooled.

Stephenpen - I think you had a flaw in yours or air bubbles in the line. If you do it right and validate its flowing oil you should be ok and never have to worry about it again.

I'm tearing it down now. There is a little oil in the nose of the sled under the vent line.
What a pain to remove the blower.
