I have been trying to find a way to mount a GPS on my winder in a place that it won't be broken off. Especially being a backcountry rider placing a GPS on the handlebar it just won't last.
So I email Dave from hurricane and of course he had exactly what I was looking for. But I'm not sure if I have enough room behind the windshield on my 18 BTX LE. My plan was to mount the Montana 680 charger to the mount above the gauge pod. Here is a few pictures of what I was thinking. I'm looking for some advice to see if I can make this work.
