2007 Venture Lite - 15x144x1.25 Ripsaw - clipped every third.
I got over 3000 miles on a set of sliders on a mountain sled. All but maybe 400 miles of it was on trails or fields with a ripsaw every third clipped. Now if anyone should wear out sliders you would think it would be a mountain sled with 2 inch paddles running on trails. Some guys must run their tracks to tight or a lot of high speed lake crossing with poor lubrication. No lubrication will mean friction, friction means heat, heat melts plastic.
