I have a 2023 Yamaha Sidewinder LTX GT EP and I need a Windshield for it, and it's not available? How is that possible for a machine that's only 3 years old, and I paid $20K for it! Anyone know where I can get one? No one seems to have one!

Are you looking for a higher windshield for your sled ? I think you need to go to a Cat Dealer and they should be able to find one that will work! Iam pretty sure thats what I did !

The mid height Cat wind shield doesn't shake like the Yamaha one either. It is secured on the side.

Yes, and if you do it right, the hole you need to drill for the lower edge of the windshield will line up perfectly with the hole in th end of the headlamp assembly making it super stable.I use that one. I assume you're referring to part number 7606-458

Can the hood be disassembled to install the u nut and screw arctic cat suggests or do u just have to guess from the outside where to drill a hole in a $20,000 machine. Or has anybody used a christmas tree fastener? Any suggestions appreciated.Yes, and if you do it right, the hole you need to drill for the lower edge of the windshield will line up perfectly with the hole in th end of the headlamp assembly making it super stable.

They supply a fastener, I didnt use a nut. I guess you could use a rubber well nut, but the plastic one works for me.
