My stock viper mtx take only up to 8000rpm in powder snow(1 meter snow).. Stock secondary preload is 50 and I have now 70 and still under max 8000rpm all the time. What do I do?

You dont think it get to agressive with a spring with more preload than 50 ??? In the MTX se 153" there is a spring with 45 preload and 111 in totalforce, i think you shall do lika this, i tried it on a stock MTX and it get allot better and smother to drive, put in a spring that is 25 preload and 113 in totalforce. The sled can now work on a wider RPMarea and thanks to the higher totalforce you increase the RPM, and if you still not are satisfied drill out the outer rivet on the weights.
This is a cheap way to go but it increase the performance of the sled ! Hope i helped you a litle.

Remove the top rivet in your primary and go with 70 preload on secondary.

Hi janzka. How is it going? Find something that works?
I'll tried white secondary spring, din't do anything. Tried to remove 3g on primary, and nothing happens. I'll don't understand this clutch! How big changes do I need to do to get a reaction?

Work little better, but I think that reason why works better is hardened snow. I putted also white spring and maybe work little better.. I also tried 37-47 helix and works less well. Try 8DN-17641-01-00 belt, may work! Of course, adjust secondary that belt, 1.5mm sweeping could work. I ordered that belt and still waiting for it.
