Looking to do the same - 136". As people start to make this change can we list out the parts we will need to make the change? Maybe make it a sticky?

Also what track would you reco? was thinking of going with the cobra 1.35" would that be a good choice. Ride mostly WI and MI trails and some off trail/ditches.

Best,
CB

I picked the Cobra. It looks like a good track. All you need is the Tunnel extension, Rail Extension, and the track. I would recommend getting a forth wheel kit, the Billet X-Click spring blocks, and the Hygear Torsion spring spacers. Here is a link to those spacers

Thanks! That is all I thought we might need (minus the sprint block and spacers) but with this talk about different spring rates...I thought I might be missing something.

Would it make a difference if I weigh in at 250lbs. with gear on?

Have you played with the clickers on the shocks themselves at all to see where they are set? We rode our 136 setup last season with stock torsion springs & stock shocks without any problems.

Allen how was the studder bump ride quality?

I'm around 240 and I;m going to try the Billet X-Click spring blocks, and the Hygear Torsion spring spacers first. If I'm still getting a crappy studder bump ride then I'll go to heavier springs.
