Can anyone id who made these pipes? seller says they came off an attak, the bends look correct but they don't look like any set of pipes i've ever seen before......

Factory titanium, factory stainless, Excell, and MBRP. Those don't look like either the factory or Excell pipes. I have never seen the MBRP pipes in person so, that is the most likely guess.
I also haven't looked at my Excell pipes in quite a while so, I wouldn't rule them out.

Nobody seems to have any ideas, one on a fb group said he has them on his sled but thats about it, doesn't know anything about them.To my knowledge there has only been 4 different versions of those pipes made.

I am pretty sure those are the MBRP header pipes for the 2006 to 2010 Apexs. At least one of the braces between the header pipes are missing.
They are definitely NOT:
-stock Yamaha ss or titanium
-excell ss header pipes [a few extra hp]
