There's an idle screw on the fuel rail under the headlight pod bracket. Give it a turn to the right.

I've adjusted the idle screw. It's set at 1500 rpm. Again, my issue is ONLY when is cold (not running for several hours).

Its seems as if the ECU thinks your engine is already warm, so that really sounds like the coolant temp sensor. Are you getting the cold engine light on your dash when you first start it?

The cold engine light IS on when I first start it. I was reading about the IAC. Idle Adjustment Controller. I wonder if that has anything to do with this problem.
