I'm new to 4 strokes and must say I'm extremely impressed. The sled has about 200mi on it and it runs and idles great. However, at idle I notice a constant ticking sound? I also notice when burping the throttle from idle a very slight hesitation?

The sound you may here is the clutch rattle which is normal.
The hesitation is also normal and can be more noticable with aftermarket exhausts.

You will get used to the ticking once you know it's "normal". Took me weeks..
Good luck

If it is cold it will hesitate abit until it gets warmed up..
