Ignition turning on by itself...?

I checked over the wiring and relays wiggling and tapping everything I could, but I couldn't pinpoint what is causing it. It seems random. I tried unplugging wires but nothing would stop it until I pull the main fuse. Hitting the kill switch wont even shut it off. Its like it slowly gathers enough power to turn on. Im leaning towards a relay, but which one would cause this?

I dont know if it has something to do with it or not, but when I was up north over the weekend my HID main power fuse melted. I was able to get a new fuse at a gas station and it worked fine after that. Now when I was out messing around with this new problem, the headlight sometimes wouldn't turn on. You can see in the video it didnt come on. I tapped on the headlight relay and wiggled it around a bit and the last few times i started the sled it came on. Could this relay cause the ignition to turn on?

The load control relay supplies power to the gauge pod when the key is turned on. It may be wet and shorting across the contacts. Pull it out and rotate it with the fan relay. Fault codes and Relay location

Now that is wild. Any mods to the sled? i.e. fuel programer, gages, etc.? If not, I would def check the relays... Electrical problems are a pain in the ars..

I have a few mods, but the engine is stock. The only electrical mod is ddm tuning HIDs. I'm going to switch the relays tomorrow as grizz suggested. we'll see...

Well,

I pulled out the load control relay and let it sit just to see if it would turn on by itself, and it did... so then I pulled all the relays out and found the fan relay has a lot of corrosion on the terminals. I let it sit for a day with no relays and it didn't turn on. Now I just put all the relays back in, but switched the fan and the load control and its been sitting for over an hour and hasn't turned on yet. It makes me wonder if the headlight relay could cause it because it wasn't turning on the headlight when I was starting the sled...?

I ordered a new fan relay and a new headlight relay because I broke it when I was taking it out anyway . I'm going to see what it does overnight.

I don't see anyway the headlight relay could have an issue and start the sled. Check the connector coming off the ignition switch for corrosion. if it looks ok then it could be a bad ignition switch. Starter system troubleshooting

Inspect the harness for the ignition closely. I had a similar thing happen when I was hooking up a AFR gauge. I was taking power from one of the wires in that harness. Everything was ok until I was in the house and heard the sled start up. The key wasn't even in the ignition.

I checked the connection coming off the ignition switch and it has some corrosion in the back side of the plug. I'm going to try and remove the pins and clean everything up. The sled still has not turned on since I put the relays back in.

I was looking closer at the connector and the brown wire and red w/ yellow strip wires were pretty corroded. They are right next to each other and the corrosion was between the two. I took a flat screwdriver and jumped the pins between these two wires and the ignition turned on just like it was doing by itself! I pulled all four wires out and cleaned them up and packed the back of the connector with dielectric grease. Should be good to go just in time to go up north!
