How did you setup your inline 20 ft trailer with ski guides and mats? Pictures of your setup would be great. Thanks.
Me and my friends used cut in half pcv pipe for ski guides and put snowmobile track down where grip was needed

Here is what I found out over the years, Don't over think this, the more stuff you put on the floor the harder it is to load and unload. If you have a inline all in a row its easy to put down guides and mats. If you have inline where the sleds are staggered. Its a nightmare to change lanes and lift / drag sleds around in there. Those carbides really stick on the mats.
It seems like every fall I remove a piece or two, but just can't find the right combination.

Went the cheap route and worked very good. I cut strips from a 2"x6" making a 1 1/2" wide by 2" high strip for each side. Screwed to floor like a railway track so the inside of the ski just inside the keel rides on the strip and carbides clear the deck. Slides easy, drive on back off, never have a problem.
May even be able to set up a crossing system for staggered loading.

I have a 4 place in line enclosed trailer 27' included v and I have it fully matted and ski guides the whole length, works just as good as a full width trailer, ill try to upload some pictures if I get a chance. No issues with sleds getting caught or going where I dont want them to.
Mine is the staggered setup and I load from the front (v nose end) without any issues. Floor matting and ski guide is simple enough when using this method for loading/unloading at least in my experience
