Quick question about trailer ski guide installation

Thanks to all who helped out, I ended up installing the guides with the newly drilled holes back to back, this will allow the guides to expand out the the ends of the trailer, should work perfectly...Side note - I got the 5'x6" guides for $10 each at Fleetfarm, that's the best price I've seen anywhere...
