Install big boy spring(6.1) on my apex gt --preload ?'s

like I stated above I installed the 6.1 rate spring do I still set riding height the same about 44mm spring compress when sitting on?

another question I want to set my transfer rod so my ski's will lift off the ground do I have more threads showing or less on the transfer rod?

this is a 06 apex gt with the ohlins ec shock.

any help would be great.
