Installed The Rear Cooler On My Rage.....

Went on without a hitch...if anyone wants any tips...just let me know.

Also...if anyone wanted to drain most of their coolant to replace it......just disconnect the bottom of the coolant tube that runs next to your chaincase.....take out the air bleed screw in the back first though.

Maybe I missed something........why did you put it on in the 1st place ?

And I'm sure theres some I missed...

I installed it after reading all of this....I think one person has had an issue with a Rage and it has been reported on a RS Venture so far.....but it's to early in the season to see if it was going to be a problem like the warriors have had....

The cooler is available....I get a 15% discount from my dealer for buying my sled from them.....so I figured......what the heck.....
This overheating issue has mainly been reported on longtrack models only. I can't understand why there was no exchanger the to begin with..
All it can do is help........right? So....I put one on......and......wala....peace of mind...so far :?

Cool, Im heading north in the morning for my first ride on my Rage. Hoping to have a full review tomorrow night.

Went for a ride today. Put on 117 miles. Man this sled is something else. Smooth smooth smooth and quiet to. Rode mainly on unbroken logging roads and did a little powder riding. Got to the Canadian border and the snow was coming over the hood. Overall, power is impressive, suspension is great, handling is good but could use a little more ski pressure. Scale of 10...definetly an 11. Temp guage is really neat to. Although the conditions were prime you could still see the temp fluctuate a bit. Never went above 175. Cracked the 100 mile mark, I cracked the throttle to see what it would do. By the time I looked down the speedo said 90 and it was climbing. It was pulling hard the entire time. By far the best sled I've ever ridden.
