I am looking to install a 12V accessory out let on my Phazer Mountain Lite. Does anyone know if there are any 12 V leads that I could plug into, or do I have to get the kit from Yamaha.

Thanks

JP

The easiest, quickest and most reliable way to do it is to order a 8FP-8254B-00-00 TERMINAL COMP online for $41.86 from http://www.portyamaha.com/ in the Yamaha Fiche section.

Simply remove the grommet in the panel, mount the outlet, plug into the existing harness and you're good to go.

Is the 12V accessory feed located behind the left upper cover near the steering post and a bunch of other electrical stuff. I think I found the right one, it is the right colour according to the wiring diagram in the manual. It has a black strand and an orange strand. It has a plug on the end of it which is capped. Is this the right wire to tap into.

Thanks
JP

i found a jump pack that hooks into a 12v plug but not sure if it will charge the battery threw the standered plug do u know if it flows back to the battery or runs off the sleds power when its running.
