Guys, if you run studs and bottom your suspension out, you WILL tear the flap and support bracket up something fierce. Quite a few TY members were there when this happened to me on Feb 4th thru the 7th. We spent 2 hours in the Comfort Inn garage, straightening the support bracket and then bending it way back to avoid the track/studs. The next day, it hit again and forced me to remove the flap. I had to bend the bracket all the way up to the bumper to clear the track, 180 degrees out.
If not running studs, you won't ruin the bracket because the lugs will deflect.
If you have not had a problem, it is only because you have not bottomed your suspension.
There is a sure fire way to confirm this on your sled,,,,remove the mono shock and let the suspension down and witness the interference at the flap.
