How much are you paying for 1 year full coverage? I just got a quote for about $600/year with Progressive.

I don't want to chance having a loss and only getting paid the actual cash value of my 09 XTX. I want it covered for as close to the full amount of the value of the sled after the turbo is installed. I am ok paying an extra $350/year if my sled is covered for an extra $5K!

I pay around $380 a year with american family and its insured for $17,000

Im around $280 with $13.5K insured. I just told my ins co that I add aftermarket parts to the sled. If they ask what just start throwing out mods other that the turbo itself, they wont know...

Good luck, BTW $600 is way high..

For the guys that are "bending the truth" to your insurance about your sleds mods, just a heads up to watch what you post online. I beleive DIMEBAG had posted some videos online and his insurance adjuster denied his claim because he seen what whas posted. So lesson here is be carefull because all the questions they ask in the quotes about your vehicle is their amunition to deny you, and we all know how insurance like to pay out withought a fight.. Better safe than sorry IMO

How many of you tell the insurance company that your sled is boosted, and how many just declare a value? I just had amfam tell me they want me to switch because they are not sure if my sled would be fully covered in accident, but they would cover the main sled, just not the extras. Even when I had a declared value. So tolled me it is something in their fine print. Weird.... Even told me State Farm is the same and to try dairyland or erie for pricing. Does this make sense to you guys?

If you have a good policy and agent give me a pm please
