Anyone running the aluminum charge tubes. Any difference performance wise? I know it should get some better flow and cooling but aside from appearance and able to hold more boost I was curious if anyone has found any difference. Either on dyno, et, or the theoretical seat of pants.

Nothing you are going to "feel" or see. In theory yes aluminum will dissipate heat at a much more efficient rate. You'll never butt dyno the difference from them on the trail.
All out race efforts or for the bling look effect it's what I'd run. Either setup is better than the stock rubber for potential tear and failure rate over the years.
I have both setups. Ones shiny. Ones color matched to the sleds only difference I can physically notice when one or the other is on lol
I'm extreme applications the aluminum will support much higher boost levels and more effective clamping options. For trail or off trail riding at 17 psi or less really either is plenty sufficient.

I really like the aluminum. Only downside to consider is twice the amount of clamps for potential leaks and they could potentially collapse from impact (they are exposed), but you would probly have more to worry about at that point.

Lol very true. Lots of shocks an a arms to get past.
Anythingbutlast that’s kinda what i was expecting, but efficiency is important andbthey do look all pretty so mightbtry it.

You wont be disappointed with em! If you hit something enough to damage the charge pipes they'll be the least expensive part of the repair bill id imagine as Fatchance stated.
