Well. Ground my intake spacers down. Everything is tight. Holds 22lbs nicely. Took it out today after all this and still only 15.5lbs at 270 with the hurricane flash. 8750 out of the hole. Won’t make boost. 300 I hit 17.5 and I’ll tell you that 2 pounds of boost is something else.
really pissed I bought a flash and all this stuff and it’s been an absolute fight since November to make boost. All clamps changed. Boost leak test. Exhaust plug stalls out machine immediately. Bov line cut back an inch. I’d like to thank knapp attack for the help but I’m really at a loss now. Running 75g weights with a combo tune that only produces 250hp instead of 270hp.

Couple more things to try, check the version of the installer on the computer, I'd imagine you'd want the the latest version as well as the latest firmware in the flasher. If it were me and those don't work, change the 3 bar map sensor.
I was down on boost earlier this winter because I tried a different firmware, going back to the released version of the firmware brought my boost back up where it belongs. Something is just not right and off on your machine, when its right you will know it. I know how frustrating it is when it's not working properly.

Sure sounds like you have checked everything. But have you had the vacuum lines off the waste gate solenoid? Make sure no oil has gotten in them. Almost time to try another turbo maybe? Easier said than done I know. Good luck.Well. Ground my intake spacers down. Everything is tight. Holds 22lbs nicely. My AFR on my dash is at 0.0 from idle to top end. Could this be it? Map sensor?

So what was the fix to solving the low boost low rpm? This thread caught my attention since mine is doing exact same thing. No codes and not reaching full boost.

So 1 tooth jump the valves won't meet the piston? And it will run?

I'm sure he will chime in on it but he saidon another post there were no other symptoms except low RPM. He said eventually the engine burned up but wasent due to the timingSo 1 tooth jump the valves won't meet the piston? And it will run?

Correct. Only one tooth, pistons will not hit valves. 2 or more, bent valves. So 1 tooth jump the valves won't meet the piston? And it will run?

just got on, yea it runs absolutely fine, maybe 100rrpm less at idle but will not pull any more than 86-8800 rpm, ran for a month like that but did a real hard run one section of trail and shut engine dwn right as i stopped... shouldhave let it idle a bit first.... it puked out some anti freeze but ididnt know how much, i rode a mile home no issues then the next morning went out and blasted for about 1/2 mile and took out a cylinder due to air pocket in head, onver heated but was not showing on guage. all you will notice is no matter how much you lighten up weights the engine just will not rev over 8800 with chain jumped 1 tooth

If your looking for a 3 bar , check with Greg at Dewildt in Innisfil , I noticed a few BOP items on his desk , that they carry .Thanks , TD has sent me a new 4 bar sensor to put in and they are sending tune for it. where can you buy locally a 3 bar sensor? who carries? also what have you got for weight in primary? is your sec a STM?, i have dalton sending me a 50/36 to try and get this out of hole flash of 9300 dwn, i tried to get a 48/34 or 50/34 and they dont have. after the XS belt broke in , my rpm is dwn at 8600 again. with only the 2 screws and +1 roller
Ya never know till you ask .

I take it that you found this out during tear down ??? That is that it jumped timing 1 tooth and thats why it would pull rpms ??? If so how do you think that happened ???just got on, yea it runs absolutely fine, maybe 100rrpm less at idle but will not pull any more than 86-8800 rpm, ran for a month like that but did a real hard run one section of trail and shut engine dwn right as i stopped... shouldhave let it idle a bit first.... it puked out some anti freeze but ididnt know how much, i rode a mile home no issues then the next morning went out and blasted for about 1/2 mile and took out a cylinder due to air pocket in head, onver heated but was not showing on guage. all you will notice is no matter how much you lighten up weights the engine just will not rev over 8800 with chain jumped 1 tooth
