Will today I did some testing so started on 240 tune and was hitting 16 psi ,went to 270 tune and was over 23 psi so I let off because she would stutter at 100 ft out.So im max out on 270 tune would not dare to try 300 tune .The crack pressure is 7 psi so it must be to much to work with the turbosmart internal wastegate twg-75 with 4 port solenoid.Would like to have it at 21 psi .Any help how to get this to work would be nice.thanks

I think you need to get updated tunes for the waste gate , who did you purchase this threw

Tunes are designed around certain parameters. Changing components will have an effect. 270 should be nowhere near 20psi

Mine will hit 20. especially in sub zero weather. It does not hold at 20 but on a crunch it hits 20 almost every time.
TD Powertrail with turboforce muffler. 270.. Well I was told that was the tune loaded into my sled anyways. LOL

23 seems high though on 270

I agree in really cold weather everything is gonna run a little crisper, but what you're describing is a spike. I'm assuming it settles to 16-17 once it stabilizes? To hold 23 is an issue, and he should be on the phone to Hurricane to know their thoughts.
