Just wondering this. Can't seem to get it any higher than this. Pulled timing, Pulled fuel, Pulled injection timing. New plugs.

If it starting well, idling smooth, and transitioning well to throttle inputs I don't concern myself much with what the AF reading is.

I'd be fine seeing your numbers on one of my sleds if I was happy with the above...

Mine idles best at 12.5 - 13:1, that what Apex engines want... very happy there.
Let it be...

We had to pull timing to 10 to get it there. It was at 18. I've always tried to get to 14 on other setups. Obviously as you my lambda time has ran out.

I am running 18 to 20 deg advance at idle, with a little more (21-22) at RPM just below to push a steady idle RPM. I also run a slightly higher idle, 1800-2000 rpm
What is your fuel pressure at idle?

I sent you a p.m. and an email. We were running 18 on advance but it the rpm wasn't steady and afr was terrible. I'm running same idle. Fuel pressure is 40 psi.

That is what mine idles at as well. Any higher and it will bog when getting into the throttle. At a 12:1 idle she is crisp and clean everywhere with no bogs.
