That's for fuel injection so you can go in & remap the fuel & spark curves. The RX-1 cdi box is not reprogrammable & it wouldn't work with it, sorry to break the news to ya.

I have a power commander on my Suzuki Hayabusa. It works kind of like a jet kit on a carb system. You can add more or less fuel at certain RPMs You end up plugging a laptop into it after the Dyno runs and finding where you are lean or rich. On the laptop you find those spots on the graph and tell it to richen or lean out those areas. Also you can change your spark advance in some areas etc. It makes quite a difference on slightly modified bikes. The Yosh system is better for Turbos etc. IMO
