I was just looking at a new track from Camoplast called Cobra, it comes with a 1.325 profile, 121 x 15 and 128 and 136 lengths. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has put one on their Apex or Attak and how it is holding up, good points and bad??

Very good question!!
I have to buy a new track this week, and the Cobra is on the top of my list, with the Predator.
I prefer a track with a lot of punch in the snow, but who don't affect the top speed....and that the reason of the Cobra!
Maybe i'm gonna be a cobaye for you!!!

I have it and love it. I posted in a few places about it. There is a pic here.

Great upgrade IMHO over the ripsaw. Much better holeshot, Much much better loose snow, and same top end. the 136 version with open all, clipped every thrid window was 2lbs lighter than the ripsaw as well.
I have another post with pics as well out there.

121" Cobra with extroverts here. I like it! Works well in loose as well as hardpack.

Why you choose the clipped every third window?? On the Camoplast site you can see the full clipped.
And you talk about the same top end speed than the Ripsaw....the matter, the ripsaw is not enough fast to pass the other 121 po. apex!!

He radta7, can you tell me if you have holes in the clips, to make a kind of ventilation??
A friend tell me that this clip have small hole and that made like a cheese rasp....and we have enough troubles with our slides like that!!!!

I have the cobra track on my 06rtx and I'm really happy with it.
This is not the first track I have seen with what you discribes as holes in the clips. Its not ment to ventilate. They are there to collect snow/ice, at least that is what I have been told and they dont work as cheese rasp. But I agree with you about the cheese, thats probebly the main ingrediense in this yamahaslides. I talked to the yamaha dealer at Svalbard today and he told me that they had started to use polaris slides and that they lasted much much longer than the yamaha cheese. They did not fit exactly so they had to use a hammer and knock them on the rails. Shall try the polaris slide next time.

A Ripsaw 1 1/4 " is not a track to do the top speed...and if the Cobra is like the Ripsaw, that not fast like a Hacksaw or a Predator!
I want traction......and top speed!!

I need to get a new track for my 06 attack.Do you stud the cobra, and if so how many?I had an ice ripper with 1900 miles on it and it ripped half of one side of it........I studded the track as well cause of over heating? The only thing good I can say about that is unbeleviable hookup.....I took an f1000 ,mach 1000 short and long track right out of the hole but lost my top end, max 110 miles with it in perfect conditions.
