I ordered a skid plate from this guy back on Nov 19th. I was convinced by all the good reviews on here but now I'm getting worried! I see that his website is down and I have NO updates on shipping times or if it even will be shipped. I know it's only been a few weeks but I don't like online shopping to begin with and with no email updates and the site being down I am getting a funny feeling. Anybody have any information on this company for me. A phone number would be very helpful. Thanks all!

I bought the dash vent and received it this last week. It took awhile to get here...I had a shipping number from him but usps stops tracking packages after they cross the border. He lives in Oregon and were both from ontario its bound to take a bit....especially since your going into christmas now.

Did you PM him? I bought a skid plate a while ago, and had no issues. I wanna get the IP vent yet too. I hope they are still in business. Im guessing website maintenance and big rush before winter has got him behind a little.

Send him a PM...he is a member on TY. Everybody I know in NB that ordered from him received their parts...if anybody had problems I suspect it would be all over here.

I ordered one for a Christmas present he pm. Me to confirm what year Of Nytro. And said he has a tone of orders but I should get mine before Xmas. This was nov 24 or so.
Should be on the die or being shipped by now. I wouldn't worry about it he is top notch

.USPS stops tracking and Canada post starts. After you see your part arrive at customs plug your tracking number into Canada posts webpage. You can continue to track shipping

That thought crossed my mind as well, but he emailed me twice today about my order. They were just updating the website. It is all good!

I would not be worried, hes a stand up guy! You will get taking care of remember is xmas and sledding season so twice the rush!

I got my plate no problem and shes on ready for snow, if we ever get any!

Sent Roest a pm last night about when their skid plate would be back in stock and he sent me one back! I wouldnt be worried. Read nothing but great reviews!

Hey, still in business. We got totally swamped with orders and ran out of stock. Playing catch up right now. Skid plates are shipping as of today. Website is down for maintenance but will be back up soon.

I hear this same story 365 days a year.
Often email updates that dealers are sending out to customers get trapped or filtered out as spam by the customers email. Either by the email provider or by the buyers computer.
Then the buyer thinks he's being ignored... It's a real pain for online retailers. Especially for dealers that work at a real job and can't offer a contact phone # while selling cool stuff on the side.

I have know Roest from the days when he lived in good old B.C. Even sledded with him in Whistler. Buddies sled broke down(turbo fire), he helped out with tools, shop, etc. I understand people want there parts, I have been in that boat before. Good stand up guy, he will take care of you.

takes weeks to mail to canada. your lucky he is willing to do so, as I prefer to just not do business over the border because of impatient/unreasonable customers. really think this post should be removed as he is a top notch seller/sponser and to post a title like that is rude and not necessary. you paid, I'm sure it will show, I'm also sure he doesn't have time to humor your O.C.D. take your meds, relax and quit giving Canuks a bad name

Thanks for all the responses. Just wanted to say that Roest did PM me with an update of the current status of my order just last night. Thanks and sorry to have any doubts!

yep, hes a standup guy and you should of pm'd him and waited a couple days for a reply before comming to hasty conclusions. being from alaska I know how it is to wait for parts... so instead of blasting someone out on a public forum practice some patience, it is that time of the season were all the aftermarket parts sellers are really really busy.
