Is the ZX2 an improvement over the Mono?

Just noticed that many that are buying the ZX2 suspension are replacing a proaction. Anyone putting one in an Apex? The Mono rides great but lacks some in the big bump area, is this a fix?

If the ZX2 is half the skid an ExpertX is (ie, the one it "replaces"), then yes.

I think the blue green and yellow corps are going to be copying the zx2 mechanics while changing just enough to get by a patent. Time will tell.

I think its about 4-5 lbs lighter then the mono as well.
