Hello,
I was wondering if i was running too much electrical stuff on my phazers system if i use a gps, heated shied, and the hand warmers at the same time? Could this cause me any issues?

You should be OK. The GPS is a low power draw and should be barely noticeable. On Venture Lites, they are equipped with the same engine/stator and an extra set of hand warmers for the rear passenger so there should be some extra power available for you with your single hand warmers. The shield has a lower draw than hand warmers.
