What is it?
It is installed below the handle bars and takes away any vibration & allows the bars to flex so your hands and wrist don't take a beating.
Not sure if they work well on the Phazer or not.

I have one on order for my phazer. I have had them on 3 sleds and have one on my machz . I like the product alot I get the sx model it isolates front to back and side to side, helps alot with armpump and if you are old and beatup like me it takes some of the hurt out of hard hits also helping to maintain control...... a good thing.... you can pick how you mount it raising 1" or 1 3/4" I dont know about cable length yet but from the sounds of it some of the taller guys are having no problem using riser blocks. Overall I love iso-vibe that's why I ordered another. GripnRip racing makes them
